Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Workers function, which forwards them as email notifications via Mailgun to our internal team. We do not store form submissions in a database. Submitted data exists in our email system in the same way any business email does.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Information is processed by the following infrastructure providers as part of delivering this website and its contact functionality:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — web hosting, CDN, and Workers runtime.
• Mailgun Technologies, Inc. — transactional email delivery of form submissions to our internal inbox.

Each provider operates under its own terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Retention

We retain form submission data only as long as it is relevant to business operations or required by applicable law. If you would like us to delete information you submitted, contact us at the address below.

7. Your rights
